Word up!

Earlier, due to my tender windmill bruise, I trained some footwork and came up with a little style move. I’ve seen people do it in a straight line, but never in a circle before. It’s actually pretty hard to do it rotating around, and today I’m aching all over from breaking and lifting weights on Tuesday, so the whole throwdown is a bit dodgy 😛 excuses, excuses…

For todays video I felt like throwing in some bonus random craziness. Enjoy!

Ooo look at that, Virgin Active have painted the studio a different colour, very warming.  That should provide better lighting for filming my training sessions too.
